A Means to Grow…A Means to Connect
We provide the Teens Ministry with special attention to the social, educational, and spiritual needs of middle school and high school students. We strive to lead each student toward a greater understanding of self within our faith community. We empower our teens to use their own gifts to serve others.
Therefore, the FMCRBC Teens Ministry offers opportunities for students to experience Christ through worship, missions, discipleship, fellowship, and other ministry opportunities.
We foster loving relationships and nurture Disciples of Christ, in order that the youth and families of FMCRBC may reach out in service to others. We welcome all students in the 6th through 12th grades to join our Teens groups.

We aim to reach out and help people along the journey.
Experience heartfelt worship, good friends, and a refreshing look into God’s Word in a comfortable, casual setting. Our church is committed to coming alongside families in a way that helps. The purpose of the Rainbow City Methodist Men is to provide a dedicated ministry for building men spiritually and involving men in the total ministry of the Church. Men’s ministry leads to the spiritual growth of men and effective discipleship. This purpose is served as men are called to model the servant leadership of Jesus Christ, to enhance evangelism, mission, and spiritual life, and to assist men in their ever-changing relationships, roles, and responsibilities in the family, at work, and in society.
Our Rainbow City Methodist Men meet for breakfast on the second Saturday of each month at 8:00 A.M. They have a program six times a year with interesting speakers. Their funds are used to help the church and community. All men are invited to attend. Also, we have a Men’s Bible Study that meets every Tuesday morning at 7 am at Jack’s on Rainbow Drive.

We are women with a Purpose!
“Rainbow City Methodist Women shall be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.”
The mission focus of the Rainbow City Methodist Women of Rainbow City First Methodist Church is to aid women and children locally and globally. We have three active Circles. Women of any age are invited to join either group.

We are women with a Purpose!
People grow best when they are connected in healthy small groups. We were never intended to live life alone, but we were created for relationships. The purpose of a Bible or Christian book study is to learn information and allow the Lord to transform our lives. Through Scripture we are drawn more closely to our Lord. As we dig deeper in our spirituality, we need others to support our struggles to understand and apply the ideas in our lives. The intimate fellowship aides in turning our desire to serve God into action, building disciples and serving others outside of the group.

SENIORS JUST WANT TO HAVE FUN
As we work our way back to our second childhood, the Rainbow Retirees bring the love of board and card games back each month. Activities include lunch, games, and day trips. This new ministry to our church emphasizes that you are never too old to enjoy life and learn new things.
